Senior Camera Designer, Engineer
Imperx Inc. is looking for a Senior Camera Designer Engineer, specialized in CCD and CMOS digital camera design. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background, excellent communications skills, experience with CCD and/or CMOS imaging sensors, extensive knowledge of analog and digital design techniques including VHDL programming language, ModelSim simulation, extensive experience with Xilinx and/or Altera FPGAs and CPLDs, experience in preparation of technical reports and project related documentation including design specifications and test procedures. A BSEE or MSEE degree is mandatory.

| Senior Software Engineer
Imperx Inc. is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a BSCS/EE or MSCS/EE degree, solid programming background, excellent communications skills, Visual Studio C/C++ proficient, and experience in:
- Driver development for Windows 2000 and XP including: PCMCIA PcCard/Cardbus, DirectX, VFW, TWAIN, Labview drivers, knowledge of interrupt service routines, memory allocation, DMA, chip register level programming, and creating .inf files for driver installation.
- Application development for Windows XP and 2000: creating GUI with various controls, sliders, edit boxes, buttons, etc., DLLs, process imaging data, use of OS GDI and DirectShow to display images, DLL based SDK, .HTML and .CHM help files.
- Knowledge of imaging algorithms (bi-linear interpolation, color-space conversion, etc.), compression techniques (JPEG, JPEG2000 and MPEG4) is a plus.
