Imperx' was founded by a seasoned team of senior executives with a proven track record in developing advanced digital imaging products. They have held key positions with Concord Camera, Nortel Networks, Mobile One Cellular, etc. They have been responsible for building successful teams in the areas of engineering, sales, marketing, business development, customer support and finance.

	Petko Dinev, Ph.D. - President, Chief Executive Officer
	Dr. Dinev has more than 20 years of experience in the field of digital imaging. He has M.Sc. degree in Applied Physics from Sofia University, Sofia, Bulgaria, and M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida. He held both academic and industrial positions, including Assistant Professor in Physics and Optics at Technical University, Sofia, Bulgaria; Member of Technical Staff at Sarnoff Corp., Princeton, NJ; Senior Research Fellow at Concord Camera Corp., Hollywood, Florida. During his career he was responsible for new products development, and he successfully introduced to market numerous cameras - ranging from consumer digital cameras, advanced high-definition cameras, to special application military and space imaging systems. In 1998, his doctoral dissertation on "Ultrasound Brain Imaging" was awarded with the prestigious Merrill Lynch Forum Innovation Grants Competition . Dr. Dinev is a member of the advisory board for Imaging Technology Commercial Space Center at Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida.

	Gregory A. Pangburn - Chief Financial Officer
	Mr. Pangburn began working with the company in September 2002. He was brought on as CFO in January 2003. Before joining us, Greg operated a successful consulting practice which he founded in 1998. Greg brings nearly 25 years of accounting, finance and management experience to Imperx through such diverse industries as: manufacturing, construction, insurance, professional sports and telecommunications. He has served as the principal financial officer in both public and private companies. Mr. Pangburn has held executive level positions with Marsh & McLennan Companies, Betchel Power and Engineering, Fischbach and Moore, Northeast Utilities, Sarlon Industries, MobileOne Cellular and the Womens Tennis Assocation.

	John Egri - Director of Engineering
	Mr. Egri was most recently Director of Hardware Development at Qtera, an optical networking start-up, which was acquired by Nortel Networks. At Qtera, he led the development of an advanced ultra-long haul dense wave division multiplexed (DWDM) optical transport system. Prior to that, he was manager of hardware development at ECI Telecom, where he led the product development efforts that introduced a range of new technologies for ATM and Frame Relay access and switching. Prior to joining ECI Telecom, he worked at Racal-Datacom as principal HW engineer where he was responsible for designing Wide Area Networking products including multi-service access concentrators and remote dial access servers. Prior to Racal-Datacom, he held the position of senior engineer at Sperry Defense Electronics where he participated in the development of the inertial navigation system for the Trident II submarine. During his 20-plus years in engineering, he has held a variety of positions in hardware and software development. He has an M.B.A. in business management from the School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University, an M.S. in Computer Science from Polytechnic Institute of New York and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of New York.
