EIPVR EtherNet/IP™ Process Video Recorder

IMPERX PATENTED EtherNet/IP™ Process Video Recorder (EIPVR) is an event recording system that captures high speed video when you need it. This product is EtherNet/IP™ conformance tested, compatible with IEEE 1588 and uses Power over Ethernet (PoE) cabling for a simple installation. EIPVR records up to 60 seconds of video @ 250 fps, automatically saves video to a server and automatically plays video for quick feedback. This product is perfect to help eliminate line stoppages, troubleshoot line/equipment integration and fix problems the first time it happens. It also works seamlessly with PLCs and Plant Floor Computers. EIPVR is triggered via EtherNet/IP and is ODVA tested and approved as well as compatible with EtherNet/IP Devices.

The EIPVR System offers an enhanced and more immediate perspective on all of your processes. The incorporation of video as an additional record-keeping tool enables the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that comply with or surpass FDA regulations. Operators can supervise numerous process areas, manage cameras, and access process data and event-based alarms on the same screen. By reviewing video footage, operators can confirm the status of crucial processes and make more informed and prompt decisions in the event of an incident.
