Dr. Dinev has more than 20 years of experience in the field of digital imaging. He has a M.Sc. degree in Applied Physics from Sofia University, Sofia, Bulgaria, and a M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida. He held both academic and industrial positions, including Assistant Professor in Physics and Optics at Technical University, Sofia, Bulgaria; Member of Technical Staff at Sarnoff Corp., Princeton, NJ; Senior Research Fellow at Concord Camera Corp., Hollywood, Florida. During his career he was responsible for new products development, and he successfully introduced to market numerous cameras - ranging from consumer digital cameras, advanced high-definition cameras, to special application military and space imaging systems. In 1998, his doctoral dissertation on "Ultrasound Brain Imaging" was awarded with the prestigious Merrill Lynch Forum Innovation Grants Competition. Dr. Dinev is a member of the advisory board for Imaging Technology Commercial Space Center at Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida.
Gregory A. Pangburn - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Pangburn began working with the company in September 2002. He was brought on as CFO in January 2003. Before joining us, Greg operated a successful consulting practice which he founded in 1998. Greg brings nearly 25 years of accounting, finance and management experience to IMPERX through such diverse industries as: manufacturing, construction, insurance, professional sports and telecommunications. He has served as the principal financial officer in both public and private companies. Mr. Pangburn has held executive level positions with Marsh & McLennan Companies, Bechtel Power and Engineering, Fischbach and Moore, Northeast Utilities, Sarlon Industries, MobileOne Cellular and the Women's Tennis Association.
Joe Neuhausel, PE - Director of Quality Management
Mr. Neuhausel is a Florida Licensed Professional Engineer with Masters Degrees in Engineering from the University of Louisville and The Ohio State University as well as a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Dayton. Joe has over twenty-five years of telecommunications industry experience managing technology introductions, manufacturing engineering, outsourcing, and test development. Prior to joining IMPERX he spent ten years in the Biometrics Imaging Solutions Industry where he held Senior Management positions in Operations Engineering and Quality Management. Mr. Neuhausel holds an array of credentials including Quality Systems, LEAN Management, Process Improvement, and Emergency Management. He is a Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality.
Keith Wetzel – Director of New Product Development
Keith Wetzel joined IMPERX in 2014 after a 28-year career at Eastman Kodak Company. With 16 years in the image sensor group, he held business development and management positions, contributed to three patents, published several image sensor and digital radiography articles and represented Kodak at the Jet Propulsion Laboratories in Pasadena during the Mars Pathfinder landing which was nominated for a PRSA Silver Anvil award. Mr. Wetzel has a B.S. in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from Rochester Institute of Technology. Keith was inducted to the National Beta Gamma Sigma honor society in 1992. Prior to joining the image sensor group, he held management and engineering roles developing digital signal processing and high speed imaging hardware in the Computer Automation Manufacturing Information and Control Systems organization.
